Ok i just swap a B16B motor in a 93 civic hatch it has the obd2 harnest and i cant get vtec to work at all. To top that when i give it full throtle it bogs out.

Things ive done:
.Clean vtec solenoid with break cleaner
.Changed throtle body
.rewired vtec to ecu
.bought new distributor
.changed oil to new royal purple
.used smaller oil filter
.changed spark plugs and wires

Things ive notice:
.The car idles at like 1,300 - 2,000 rpms the entire time i tried adjusting it at the throtle body still doesnt help
.bogs out when u give it full throtle but when u give it half it doesnt
.The oil light comes on for like 3-6 seconds everytime i dont started for like a hour or so.

Things i think is the problem but not sure:
.Oil pump
