Default H.I.D problem

i tried searching and i couldnt find anything.

i got some new hids and they wont work for some reason?

im sure the kit works, cause i tried plugging it in to another car and they turned right on.

does any one have an answer too this or has had this problem?

any help would be awesome

same thing happened to me
try buying a harness if the company you bought from makes them.

im getting them from a buddy of mine.
there brand new in the box, and im getting them for a pretty good deal.

there xeon btw.

yes it did but be careful where you put the wire, i had mine lying on some hot *** pipe and it burnt it but i taped it back and now its working perfectly

i dont think its my fuses cause my regular bulbs work.
i did check them though

check the harness that plugs into your oem bulb supply. make sure the contacts actually plug into the harness.

kragen has some 9006 harness adapters that you can wire into the hid ballast wires.

voltmeter would insure that the ballast unit is getting power. good luck!

thanks man

im really thinking its the harness that i have in there right now.
cause the ballast and bulbs are all brand new,

but im gonna try and get another set of harnesses and see if they work

make sure you have a clean ground or they wont work
