99 Civic Si- Borrow Muffler to Pass Noise Test?????$$$
I lost my stock muffler and need to pass a noise test.
I'm in San Francisco, and was wondering if anyone has a stock Civic muffler 1992-2000 they are willing to lend me for just one day?
