Default Car Boggs down but no CEL???

so lately i have noticed that when im pulling away from a light or just accelerating from a stop my car will kind of stutter or bogg down at low rpms. its really weird and drives me crazy. so i checked the spark plugs and since i did my motor swap i have put like 25k on it in like a year and a half and they had seen there better days. not terribly bad but could be replace. so i replaced them and the prob seemed to be gone. now a month and a half later the same problem is back. please help me find out what is wrong with my car. motor is a D16y7 with intake catback light weight flywheel. daily driver. i get on it every now and then nothing too too bad. any ideas casue its not throwing a CEL light? thanks!

i searched around and read that it might be your: cap and rotor, dizzy, or ignition coil. hope that helps.
