Default Mobil Delvac 1300 Super For a Turbo Built Honda?

15W 40 is that two thick? I have been told that it would work well with my built Turbo motor

Would Mobil 1 Turbo Diesel be bad to put in a built turbo motor, I have been told that it's better to put thicker oil, being that i have a oil cooler, and turbo car.

It is marketed for "For gasoline engines only"

Anyone else run this?

My friend's tuner has him use Diesel oil in his built Eclipse. It hasn't had a problem yet, so I guess it's ok to use

i think 15w40 is perfect after i run outa of my castrol
im going rotella 15w40
8-9 buck per 4qt not bad

im too cheap to buy 5w50 royal purple

higher hot velocity is better for the turbo
breaks down less

ive used diesel oils often when I can't get the amsoil I prefer (damn european car weights) and it's fine. I believe it will ruin/damage your catalytic converter if you have one

lol. you mean viscosity?
OEM on my S4 is 5w30 i believe, and everyone who tunes or runs high hp or stage 3 advises mobil1 0w40. Less resistance at startup and high breakdown point.

oem is likely 5w40 like pretty much all vw/audis but its basically impossible to find routinely so 5w30 works

right, i was just talking about his case. You can get synthetic diesel oils in a bunch of weights, i.e. 5w40 heavy duty synthetic for diesel trucks

I have never owned a turbo honda, so I'm not a definitive source but...

I own a supercharged vw which I occasionally use synthetic diesel oil of equivalent weight with no ill effects yet.

I USE 1300 AND NO PROBLEMS IN BOTH OF MY CARS

DESIEL OIL IS GOOD FOR TURBO CARS BECAUSE IT HAS MORE DETURGENT IN IT AND IT HELPS WITH CLEANING
