My heat and cool slider is really hard to move...My friend @ the dealership says they have integra's in there all the time like this (slider cable broken)...He works in parts and he doesn't know how they fix it. Does anyone know how.

look under the dash on the right side of the center console..

The cable runs there and connects to the "door" that open and closes to expose the air to the heater core, or bypass it.

Make sure there is nothing obstructing that door. (To see the "door" you must remove the AC condensor/Evap,whatever it is, and thats a long process in itself.)
and that cable as well. The cable runs inside the console between the side of the radio and the wall of the console.. make sure you didnt pinch it with a recent Radio install or anything.

yeah...mine is hard as a mother to move...but I can live with it...I'm gonna take everything out to check it out.

 

maybe you just have to fiddle around with the air/mix control cable that the selector is attached to? like it could be pinched or bent or something?
