Default White smoke and water coming out of exhuast

I have a 2000 civic dx with a b16a swap out of an EM1. It was in an accident about a year ago and has been sitting for awhile. I had everything fixed, the car runs, no idle fluxuation, doesnt overheat, nothing wrong with antifreese color, and doesn burn any oil. Like i said the car has been sitting for a long time. Could bad gas cause this due to condensation developing in the fuel tank? Any help would be appreciated

have you been driving it for a week or just let it idle a few times. If you just let it idle a few times then it could be just water from sittin for so long

No i havent been driving it. I take it up the road a few times but try to let it idle 2-3 times a week. ITs not quite ready for the road and doesnt have tags. I also forgot to mention that the exhaust smells like gas...

It probably smells like gas, because your car is in open loop until the O2 sensor heats up and begins sending A/F info to the computer. Once your car heats up it wont smell like gas anymore and youll be in closed loop.
