CEL light, h22 swap ek. cant find problem

Default CEL light, h22 swap ek. cant find problem
i have a 96 civic with h22. my cel light is on for the TPS sensor. i replaced the sensor and then i tried another ecu. still got code 7. when i reset the ecu it comes back on as soon as i turn the car on. anyone have any ideas.its makin my car run like ****

Did you adjust the tps when installing, or just throw it on?
Have you checked wiring continuity?
