I just installed my final drive and LSD and put the tranny back in the car, and when I first started it and tried to let the clutch out it lurched forward. I dont know what gear it is stuck in but I don't really know what could have gone wrong. The shifter feels a little weird and doesn't want to go into second just sitting there not running. Any input? I'm going to go pull it out and see what I find
Try driving it first. Sometimes the gears bind first after being rebuilt. They will loosen up sometimes.
If it does not, drop the linkage and shift it manually.
