D16 TROUBLEEE!!!

Default D16 TROUBLEEE!!!

Okay guy i swap a d16z6 into a 96 civic coupe change the intake manifold, dizzy, and alternater to obd2 so the obd2 wiring harness works with it, but everything done and it start up right away but when i drive it it acelerate really slow even when i push the gas pedal all the way down and on any gear and it . it takes forever to rev high even with the gas push all the way down what could be the problem..?

A z6 isn't exactly the fastest thing in the world. You can try using an ex or si tranny from that model year to help acclerate a little better.

u probly have the map sensor and the tps sensor switched

If that were so, the OP would have definatly stated that. With no TPS reading, the motor will jerk very violently and suddnely when the gas is applied. You really cant miss that.

you also need the crank sensor from a y8

i do have the crank sensors plugged in and i have a ex tranny from a 96 civic and the map and tps sensors are corrects..
