pics might help and the year of your car also
there is usually a button in the center of the center consol just behind the ebrak handle if you have the oem button.. if it is on another type of switch it might be a little harder to find but it should be atleast in plain sight..

WOOPS.. I WAS THINKING PARKING POLE.. BOTH FRONT AND REAR FOGS ARE ON THE SWITCHES ON TOP OF THE CLUSTER

you couldn't be more wrong
the button should be on the top peice of the cluster..i believe its the one all the way to
the left

They wont turn on if you dont have the headlights on either, try that and if that doesn't work then check your bulbs. And go to certifit for the fender, they have them for around 80 bucks i believe.

again your terribly wrong, the rear fog switch isnt located on top of the cluster
