Default i need help vacum leak?

did a full gsr swap motor trans computer axles and all into my 92 civic. hb vx. had problems grtting it to idle right and figured out the throttle body was too small i ordered a 65mm tb off kteller.com got it put it on and now when i start the car it will idle at about a grand then shoots up to around 65OOrpm and holds there until i turn the ignition off. its not the throttle cable i tried that already i took it completely off and it does the same ****... new problem i figured out the bolt i was using to bolt the tb to the intake manifold was too short and was not making a good seal so i replaced it with i longer12mm and now it idles like a fking tractor at around 200rpm!!

If your not throwing any codes, and you've got a good seal on all your lines, I would suggest adjusting the idle setpoint. There should be a big flat head looking screw on you throttle body that you can adjust for this reason. You'll have to turn the car on and rev it up to about 3000 rpm until the cooling fan kicks on and cuts off (or the car is at normal operating temp) then disconnect your IAB and make the adjustments. Turn the car off, connect the IAB and give it a shot, it should work. GL
