Default 1995 Honda Civic DX

My honda has been sitting for a few months and i tried to start it up and got nothing but a continuous "ticking" or "clicking" sound. the battery is fully charged, all fuses intact. I fear the engine may be locked up. Suggestions?

that sounds more likely. Everybody tells me that my batt is bad or my cable but my cables look brand new and the battery starts every other car i put it in. Now for the dumbest question I may evert ask... where is the cell on the 95? lol.

If the battery, terminals, and connectors are fine, then you might have a bad starter or the starter connections are loose or corroded. Test by running battery power directly to the starter. The engine should crank. If not, you should replace the starter.

Take the driver side tire off and take a breaker bar to the crank bolt..that will tell you if its locked up or not.
