this is for a d16z6 the daigram i have is the right one i just have no clue why they wouldnt show where that one goes i really dont wanna block it off i hvae all the ones it shows ran so i prob have no other opinion

 

That big pipe should be the one going behind the block and into the water pump.

Last year I swapped a d15b vtec into a buddy's '95 DX and had the same thing. The original d15b7 didn't have that line on the water tunnel by the pump, but the d15b did and there was no where to hook it up to. I just ended up plugging it and he's put 20k miles on the motor no problem

 

im just going to run it to the fast idle valve
