Just don't get the Type R style lips off eBay. They flare out more than the Si lip and look terrible.

There is no Si lip either btw.

The lip comes standard on the Si and overseas the Type R, VTiR-S, and several VTi trims.

The lip is optional on every '99-'00 USDM trim and this probably holds true for other countries as well.

No, it doesn't.

Bumpers from Honda come unpainted. All '99-'00 bumpers are the same, so you won't be ordering an "Si bumper", for example.

You'll have to order the parts separately. I'm not sure if Honda still can order the lips though. I know all the '96-'98 lips are discontinued, so the same might go for the '99-'00 lip.

Its a pain to get one though, they had to special order it from another honda dealership to get mine. Im not sure but I think they did discontinue it. They are starting to do that to a lot of Ek/Ej8 parts now. It sucks.

you can still find the 99-00 EM1 lips brand new from honda, but its very hard to find. I had to call 4 dealers just to get ahold of one. In the end i found a used, in mint condition si lip for half the price.

a lot of people think those type r style lips are actual type r lips and say its diff from si lips because they flare out more, lol

if you know some one that works at a body shop it is really easy to get lips and other (hard to find) parts. i work at a body shop and i ordered a whole new front end including lip and i had it the next day.

Do a 96-98 conversion and get the CTR lip. End the SI/CTR confusion.
