Default solve a tapping noise.

just seeing for references, If you have a bent valve or slightly bent valve, is it possible to adjust the valve clearance to make the tapping quiet or less quiet than before?

if your valve was bent you would know it..

pouring automatic transmission fluid works for minor valve tap, like a 1/4 of a quart (worked for my 00 LS). if you don't trust that, the other option you have is that adjustment

dont be a cheap *** and replace it. Thats like asking "if my rod was SLIGHTY knocking, is there any way to reduce the noise, you know, just to make it a little less noticeable..."

REPLACE IT
