okay so i have a set off 99 fogs and im deciding to go HIDs in my fogs. I understand that it is H3 bulb but my main concern is that if i have HID for my headlights if it will have any effect on power like with flickering or anything like that. Also if my civic will even put out enough power to power both sets of HIDs especially with subs and all that.
