Default Squealing when AC is on???

So I have occasionally been noticing a horrible squealing noise from the belts and I have been spraying down the belts with some "belt dressing" is seemed to work but it just kept coming back. Well today I realized that is only makes the noise when the A/C is on. Now that I have it narrowed down a little bit, I am trying to get this thing fixed. Does anybody have an idea of how to fix it.

Try adjusting the A/C belt tension. If that doesn't help, then replace the belt.

inspect the ac belt. not too loose or tight or old.if not. your ac compressor is about going bad.

I would say to get a new belt. Your old one is more than likely wore out. A new belt only costs about 10 bucks so it wouldnt hurt to replace it anyway.

You may have a bad bearing or clutch mechanism in the A/C compressor. Remove the belt and test for excessive free play as well as difficult turning and noise when attempting to rotate the A/C compressor pulley.

Yeah I will swap out the belt and take a look at the compressor.
