In a lot of cases like this people convert there obd2 motor to obd1 because its a far more better/programable basis. You'll have to use a obd1 harness and do think distributor harness conversion and a few other various things. Search it up, there a lot of these. Try searching obd2 to obd1 or something.
I would pick up an obd1 P72 ecu. It will be alot easier and will take out alot of the random sensors youll have with obd2 ecus.

He said he has a 1992 Civic which is OBD1. Integra GSRs existed in the OBD1 years (94-95) Why would he need a conversion harness?
If you already have the engine in, all you need is a OBD1 P72 and you're set.
If the engine is not in yet, then you gotta convert or re-wire all crap thats necessary like the distributor, alternator, etc. But still use a OBD1 P72
