i replaced mine, took about 5 hrs and i didnt have the right kind of rivets for around the bottom piece, but its not hard to improvise. its kinda a pain in the *** job to do tho. dont do it on a hot day, i was sweating all over my interior workin up under the top in the back.

the rivets go along the rubber piece that u actually bolt to the body. New tops don't come with this rubber piece so u have to unrivet ur original one and rivet it back onto ur new top.

yea, seats will come out, all the interior behind the roll hoops, black metal rail inside of car along bottom of top comes out etc... the plastic clips and snaps break easy so take it slow and maybe get an interior tool, or just buy extras, they are probably a buck each or something online.
you can probably just use extra long rivets wtih two small washer on either side of the top that u get from any store... otherwise go to honda or honaautomotiveparts.com to get the rivets.
and there is only one zipper, it goes all the way around the section u replace.
if you get a replacement window, dont let it sit folded weird. i bought my car with a cracked window, and the guy had a window in the trunk and didnt want to try to put it in. it sat for a while and has had a few creases in weird spots that havent gone away (its been about a year now)
good luck
