Default Blue smoke at vtec xover on freshly built motor No smoke before or after xover???

H22, sleeved, je pistons,300miles since build, tuned, xover 4700, 12psi (boosted),compression test ok.
Getting a puff of blue smoke right at xover. Does not smoke at all before or after xover.

Could it be that xover is set too low (H22) or what else? I noticed that after engine is fully warmed it does not do it any more.

One you shouldn't stress a new engine like that for the first 1000 miles. If it does it while cold its the clearences of the rings. I would take it easy on the engine for a while while it breaks in. Keep an eye on the problem if the problem gets worse do a leak down test.
