a few buddies of mine are acutally running the ctr intake cam only with stock b16a exhaust cam. the result is pretty good. u can feel the car is pulling harder at high rpm. if u are using stock b16a springs and retainers. dont reve it over 8000 rpm. ctr exhaust cam is similar to regular b16a exhaust cam. intake cam is the one that makes difference.

the ctr exhaust cam is bigger. (more duration more lift) although the intake will wake your motor up, you will notice some more up top and more rev's if you do a whole ctr valve train

x2....IMO, more air should = more exhaust.

ctr intake cam + stock exhaust cam is better than stock on both, but if you are taking in more air it would be better to be able to push more air out too. So if you could, i would install ctr exhaust cam too. But thats just my 2 cents. Good Luck

sir 2 exhaust cam is preferred by many over the ctr. I believe it has a longer duration on the exhaust valve. I had a sir 2 engine with stock exhaust cam and ctr intake cam and it was the most pissed off b16a i've ever owned. Made 360 whp with a ebay turbo kit, proffessionally tuned of course, on 18 lbs.

No stock ecu works just fine, only thing required is a valve lash adjustment.
