ctr/itr exhaust cam is NOT the same as a b16a.

OP: What turbing wheel, housing size and type of manifold are you running?

why would you have more lag with the CTR exhaust cam? I thought the lift would be higher aiding in the exhaust breathing out faster than the GSR. Good numbers by the way on the B16

If I recall the '01 ITR exhaust cam and the CTR exhaust cam are the same. Someone can verify or correct me on this?

my turbo is a Borg warner S256 .58 hot side spools as fast as the 3076r they are close turbos but abouve 20psi the borg just pulls away from the 3076r...... the borg starts to run out of breath at 30-35 psi where the 3076r falls off at round 23-24 psi..... that was my deciding factor when i purchased mine......its rated to 550whp so its between the 30r and the 35r....... i would say but spools alot faster than a 35r..... im more than happy with it on my b16

keep the cam setup you have its perfect. what intake manifold are you using, also what turbo manifold.

my s366 spools the same as my 35R does, i would imagine your turbo spools insanely fast
