My problem wasn't that the bolt was stuck. Well, is was in a different type of way. The nut loosened a little then it just kept spinning without it actually loosening anymore since the top part kept spinning with the nut. I ended up having to cut the bolt and got a new tie rod (I was replacing the tie rod anyway). You're reffering to the castle nut correct?

I think he's talking about the damper fork bolt.
