Default 06 MISFIRE PROBLEM PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

HI EVERYONE HERES THE PROBLEM. WE JUST GOT DONE INSTALLING A BUDDY CLUB HEADER HIGH FLOW CAT AND MUGUEN EXHAUST SYSTEM. THE CAR ALSO HAS A FUJITA AIR INTAKE. IVE DRIVEN THE CAR FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS AND THE CAR HAS RUN GREAT. NO PROBLEMS. I DROVE IT AROUND THIS MORNING AND IT WAS FINE. I BROUGHT IT BACK AND PUT SOME GAS IN IT. THE TANK WAS ALLREADY HALF FULL. TOPED IT OFF TO GO TO DYNO FOR REFLASH. AFTER TOPING OFF GAS DROVE ABOUT A MILE AND CAR STARTED TO MISFIRE. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STARTED FLASHING AND THE VAS LIGHT AND ALSO THE EXCLAMATION MARK STARTED TO FLASH. THE CAR STARTED TO RUN HORRIBLE. GOT IT BACK TO THE SHOP. PULLED OFF THE SPARK PLUGS. ALL LOOK FINE THE ONLY THING I NOTICED WAS THAT THE CYLINDER 4 PISTION LOOKED MORE BLACK THAN THE OTHERS. BEFORE I PULLED THE SPARK PLUGS OUT I CLEARED THE COMPUTOR AND LEFT THE BATTERY OFF FOR A LITTTLE BIT. PLUGED EVERYTHING BACK IN AND IT STILL DIDNT FIX IT. IF I REVED THE MOTOR A LITTLE BIT IT WOULDNT HESISTATE TO MUCH BUT AT IDLE IT STRUGGLED TO STAY ON. ANY THOUGHTS PLEASE HELP THANKS!!!!!

is says multiple misfire and o2 sensor but i think the o2 came up from the misfire. not sure where it went wrong car was runnig on point filled it up with gas and then problems. the car only has just over 6000 miles on it. the buddy club header is awesome very lightweight. i got a great deal on them. im planning on posting the dyno numbers when im done at the dyno with it. i will let you know if you like.

lot replies and not one serious bit of help...
check the alcohol content in the fuel buddy... the problem started right after the new gas went into the tank so why not start there...

do you know how to?
heres a link:
http://www.ehow.com/how_214319....html

btw you want to have less than 10% mixture of alcohol in your fuel. anything more and it can damage your fuel injectors, lines and cause misfires. also theres no way that the parts you installed could cause serious misfire issues.
Good Luck!

[QUOTE=FAMOUSAUTOSPORTS]HI EVERYONE HERES THE PROBLEM.QUOTE]

No clue where to begin.
I mean... If it's an 06...I don't know what to tell you.

Oil leak? check all of your bolts underneath...make sure nothing is leaking...do you have any gauges hook up?
