there will be virtually no horesepower gain.
you could have just started one thread for both of your questions or better yet searched.
my personal opinion is that some ebay tubing and a nice K&N filter is a great setup. since all your going to be changing is the sound anyway. I would also go with a short ram intake versus a cold air intake (i've had both and prefer the first)
