Weird Clicking Noise, Anyone Have That Problem?
I drive a 96 civic dx(auto) but im doing my tranny within this month or sometime in march.
Ok... but anyways, every time i accelerate, i always hear this weird clicking noise from the front of the car. At first i thought it was my rims because they weren't balanced but then its not. It's coming from somewhere under the hood, I THINK? Could it be that something is loose or something out of place?
Thanks.

.. sorry to be the one that has to say it.. but last time I heard this kinda thing.. its was 20 mins before my friend put the biggest hole threw the block.. its was from a bent piston rod.. so i hope its not from that.. but i would get it looked at quickly
Dude. Lift up your car on stands, have a buddy put it in gear, and simulate the driving scenario. 1st gear up to whatever speed u said u hear the clicking, and point your trusty ear all over your engine bay and search for the clicking gnome thats entered your car.
CV Joints or Wheel bearings. Look under your car behind both the front wheels and look for any grease or look for a cracked boot. Try doing some U-turns and listen for the sound.
