Default Car will not run...?

I searched a lot before i posted this and found some info that could be my problem but i would like input on my situation.
I have a '95 civic with a b18b. I haven't had any broblems recently but today i drove it and parked it and turned the car off. Then 1 min. later i try and start it again and it won't start. The car acts like the battery is dead. all the power seems to be out but I took a volt meter and the battery is fine. I checked the grounds and I checked the starter and distributor have power. The fuses in the engine bay are also fine. I read that that it could be the main relay? What could be the problem? Thank you very much for any help

Just to add on a little from before, when i put the key in the ignition with the car door open it beeps, but it doesn't make any noise going into accessories mode and dash does not light up. power door looks also do not work. When trying to start the car does not make any noise.

Why would that cause the electrical problems?

You don't hear your fuel pump prime? I would look into the main relay.

sounds like a loose conection on the battery but im sure if your smart enough to put in a b18b u prolly already check the conections. i had a problem with my main relay but when i turned the key i didnt get anything. but u should replace it anyways. i heard that blowing on the relay cools it down to make it work. heat it wat makes it crap out.

Yeah the conection to the battery is tight. I'll check on the relay. How much do they cost?

I've been searching about main relays and it sounds like most people still have power to lights, clock, gauges... I don't. Could main relay cause loss of power to these things?
