Default Test cooling and condensor fans

When I unplug the temperature sensor at the lower hose which control cooling fans, should both right and left fans (cooling and condenser) turn on or just only one on?

any tech guys here? It's simple to test. All you have to do is unplug the connection from the temp sensor next to thermostat. jump the wire. the fan should come on. I just need someone to verify for me as reference.

thank you for responding. Mine only one fan runs. But both fans are ok. I tested them by connect directly to battery. Is there any relay between the fuse box and the fan itself?
