the heater don't work in my car but the air blows so i know its not the fan thingy.... could it be the thermalstat or the heater core?

Yeah, i have to agree with everybody else, I really have no idea what you're asking about the first part of your question.

It's good that the thermostat opens, and the air blowing is just a fan motor - I'm not sure exactly what you're getting at that it is or isn't doing on that part, though.

As far as your gauge lights not working, there's a fuse IIRC in the fuse box under the dash that has the fuse for all of your gauge cluster lights.
