do u guys recomend getting a msd ignition system for an h22 if u got stuff like internals, more fuel and bolt ons?
ovious yes yes but i was wondering if its becomes a must?
in other words im wondering how well is the oem one performs?? cuz rite now i just got some iridium plugs and 10mm wires.
n if its recomended which full msd system will fit my motor? and weres the best place to buy it?

The stock ignition system is perfectly fine for almost anything you can do to your motor. The only reason for the ignition system is to prove a tiny spark to the air/fuel mixture, once it ignites just a little bit of it the fire from combustion will ignite all of the air/fuel around it given the air/fuel ratio is good. so adding a bigger spark doesn't do anything. therefore stock ignition is just fine for your motor.

Just get some NGK plugs and wires. Forget the iridiums and 10mm stuff.... An MSD box won't do anything but reduce your reliability.

Where on the motor did you want to fit it to??

the coil that fits the prelude is the blaster ss model. like said before its not really necesary or a big difference though, i have it just cause my stock coil went bad and i found the msd cheaper. i have read though that if you plan on having 400+hp than you should have it but i havnt seen any evidence.

I don't have personal experience w/ NOS, but now you're getting to the point where the ignition can make a difference in getting a full burn with the fuel fixture. The Digital series boxes (like the Digital SCI+) also have built in retard controls for running NOS.
