Ok i just got the seal replaced in my head cuz i figured thats what my problem was cuz i was smoking bad in vtec. And yes i did a compression test and the results where good 270 - 260 psi alround. When i take the head to a shop and they replace them i get the head back the next day and put it on.... Well after we put everything like it was i turn the car on and my valves seem to have backlash and then i took the valve cover and check the valves and u could move them back and forth. So i called the shop and they said they had nothing to do with valves being adjusted like that and im trying to figure out how this happen and how the hell to fix this!!!! If anyone gots specs on how to tighten valves or forums how to do this that would help!...
