Default let me know what you think?

I droped off my 1990 civic sedan the car has a d16 vtec turbo off at projekt 7 tuning FOR TUNING,they told me friday it was ready but it wasnt so they called me today and said come at 6.when i get there they have done this (re weld oil pan 3 hr, adjust intercooler piping 1.5 hr, adjust rad 2 hr,rad fan relays 1.5hr,wastegate repoisting/pluming 4hr and told me my bill's 1,300 and the car is still not tuned!!!!!! what would you do?

I would be raising hell if all you told them was to tune it. I would offer to pay for the welding materials and tell them you appreciate the free labor. adjust intercooler piping...what kind of adjustments take 1.5 hrs, bend new pipes and install? There is only so much adjustment the couplers allow for, not enough for 1.5 hours. same with radiator.

wow. I would wan them to full explain what all they did, and try to call them out. Calling the cops would be a good idea, but how much could they really do?

if you didn't authorize the work (sign something for what they did), i believe legally you don't have to pay them squat. offer to pay for what you requested or take them to small claims court. you should win
