I searched and did not find an answer. Has anyone put a front upper strut bar on their 1996-2000 Y7 with an after market intake? I'm not sure this will clear thanks to the throttle body pointing up. If anyone has pics or info it would be great. Thanks.

 

neuspeed will work. i had an iceman cold air with this bar and it cleared. i've done a y7-z6 mini-me so sorry no pics.

 

with that neuspeed setup did you have the stock throttle body or was it with your minime already?

 

It will fit with the stock T.B.

 

it was stock. factory air box, then w/ cold air, stock y7

cool. so any strut bar will work or only neuspeed? anyone else use any other strut bar that worked and also what intake did u have on with the bar?

 

I have a DC sports bar on mine and it cleared when i still had the Y7 intake & cold air

 

mine didnt clear, just cut off alittle and it fit perfect. Now ive got that VTAACH

 

my ebay strut bar and my ebay CAI worked on my 98 hatch back in the day
