Default ***HI, PLEASE HELP***

Hey, Im installing my turbo setup and i have run into a problem, the log style manifold i have right now doesnt leave enough clearance for the turbo housing once its all bolted up. Its a vehicle specific kit but I dont understand why theres not enough clearance, we already clocked the turbo to a ton of different positions to see if we could jiggle it in there, but no luck. Anyone had this problem before??

you might have to shave the block down to get it to fit...

thats what we started to do and the housing actually did fit a little better, If i bought a Ramhorn style manifold, wouldnt the turbo sit a little further away from the block?

yes it would, it would fit much better and you could use a bigger turbo later on if you felt like it
