Default Need Help Using an SC4427E Turbo keeping A/C

I have tried putting this turbo on a B20 non vtec engine and I have read to cut the webbing on the block and have done that but, it still doesn't fit. I am also using a Blox A/C compatible manifold. I was just wondering if anyone has this setup or has tried. Thanks for your help
