Default Turbo Blanket with a "shorty" manifold?

Just wondering if anyone has used a turbo blanket on their turbo with a "shorty" style manifold. The reason why i'm asking is because it looks like the turbine would be too close to the block for those blankets to fit. Maybe it's deceiving but those blankets look really big and i'm not sure if it would fit for my setup. I really want one but i don't wanna spend $115 and then have it not work. I'm not a fan of wrapping so don't tell me to do that lol. Let me know if you think it will work.
Thanks,
Dan

Pics for your reference.

I'm using one with a BLOX log. It's a tight fit, but I got it in there. If you have at least 1/2" of space around the turbine, you should be able to squeeze it in there.

mother of god thats an ugly turbine housing, when was the last time that thing was used?

ok back on topic, i don't know about the blanket but you could always have it ceramic coated flat black if the blanket wont fit, the ceramic coating looks great imo and performs great. i did it on my last setup lmk if you want i can post a pic

It looks like your dump tube runs pretty close to your dp/turbine, but since it's a V-band connection I'm guessing you could just rotate it a little for more clearance. I had about maybe 1/16-1/8" clearance between my dump tube and one of my dp studs, so I had to add an extra dump tube flange and longer bolts for some extra clearance there.

My dump tube still barely touches my blanket, but it's held up fine for the week or so that it's been on so I've decided to keep it like that.

lol hey man don't be rippin on my turbine housing!! No it looks like that because that's when it was still brand new and i was building my turbo setup in a garage that was always cold...and when i worked in there i would heat it up with a torpedo heater and the quick heat changes made the turbine housing rust like that...it doesn't look like that now that the car is running.
