Default 96 accord lx vs ex exhaust

hey everyone, im new to this forum. Anyway, i bought a greddy catback exhaust system for a 96 ex but i have a 96 lx. My question is, what all do i have to do to the piping in front of the cat to make it long enough to reach the ex exhaust? are the ex headers and downpipe longer than the lx? Any info would be greatly appreciated everyone! And im glad to be part of this forum!

did you actually buy greddy exhaust, or did you buy ebay exhaust that said greddy style. the reason i ask is that if you bought knockoff exhaust then its possible that you did not get the correct parts.

also, when you say you're about a foot too short, did you put the flex pipe back on, or do have have it set up so it goes right from the header to the cat?
