Doesn't sound like a good deal to me. There was a group buy recently on the RSR Ex-Mag for $413+shipping. You can install it yourself in 1-2hrs with a few hand tools, but would definately be easier with air tools
The RSR Ex-mag is extremely quiet. Only slightly more aggressive than stock and won't draw any attention to your car. I've been very happy with mine. Can't speak for the greddy, but I've heard that it is supposed to be relatively quiet.

the evo will give you better performance, but will be much better. The Ex mag is a really nice quiet exhaust, but it won't give you as much performance. I'd go with the ex mag just because it sounds nice and it looks sweet. I dig the all black piping. Sleeper

having seen both in person, and having driven the respective cars, I feel the RSR Ex Mag is better. IMHO, the RSR gave more performance gains while retaining a more stock look. the tip on the evo is just too damn big. they both have 60 mm piping also...so it really just depends on your style really
