d15b swap car stalls out when throttle slightly open

for those of you who just helped me get my car started i just ran into another issue or 2 or 3 haha. car starts up fine but idles kinda of weird and is throwing code 5 and 14? MAP sensor and IACV?? speedo stays at 15mph and when i let air into the TB the car starts to die and when its all the way open it dies out.

You first need to fix your CEL's, or else your the motor wont rev up all the way.
Plus it will make it easier to find out whats making your motor die out.
Its sounds like you may have an intake manifold leak.

easier said than done... i would say its an intake mani leak as well but i dont know how to check if its leaking, i dont have and vacuum gauges or anything like that... i took off my iacv and replaced it with my older one (better shape) and cleaned it and nothing... also when it died last time a ploom of white smoke came out of my TB
