compression test
I think its low, what motor do you have, and is it stock? What i mean with all the static c/r and stuff is: I have a z6, i think the stock c/r is 9:1.1 and if i did a comp test my #'s should be 17-20 times that. So they should be between 153-180. To me around 170-180 is good (for my motor). Do you burn oil? How many miles are on it, that tells a lot too.
its fine for that engine. if its the stock engine for a 93 civic, chances are that it has a lot of miles and probably burns some oil. for them to be low like that, but all pretty much the same, then you have a healthy engine considering its age.
also depends on what compression tester you use. different testers give different results. Did you go to autozone and get the cheapest one?

Yes, and the engine should be warm.
kPa = kilopascals (metric unit of pressure)
