Um, cranks IS turning over... I take it you mean it wont fire?

Check the fuses, maybe?

Then go down the tree, Spark, fuel, timing, etc.

Wow. This is the first time i've seen this. Noob, id suggest you use better word choices in the future, and not use the phrase "[racial pejorative] rig" because that is quite offensive. This is a tech site and really has no place for slangs like that. Easily the most offensive thing ive seen on HT man. Try to control your "Southern Pride" until you are OFF Hona-Tech, sitting around drinking with your monster truck buddies

THe obd0 dizzy if anything would've just had changes it the pervious wire harness. If you used yours it should be fine, however the z6 didnt come with a knock sensor so you'll want to find a way around that. My guess is your timing is probably off.

sounds like the axles arent popped in all the way also quick ???? you say that you are using a d16z6 in an obd2 car what did you do about the crank angle switch that is bolted on the oil pump on your old motor the d16z6 dosent have one

i don't know about that since it can be done.
try with an obd1 engine harness and maybe a conversion harness to the right ecu

My point was why bother with that, when you can pick up a y8 for the same money and it is a newer engine designed to go in that generation of civic.
