Default EG6 Swaped B18C6 (typeR) problem HEEEELLLLLPPPP !!

Hi guys (sorry for my english ...but i'm french !)

Here is my problem

After the swap done, i ran the car with my stock (NONE REMAPPED) EG6 (P30) ECU but i u can imagine, there was some problems :

- No idle when the engine just started, i had to keep throttle opened for 10sec before the idle became correct !

- No Vtec, No power !

- Under 2500rpm the car used to have many jolts (power holes)

- Excessive fuel consumption

Today i received my Hondata S300 and i've uploaded 2 maps

- JDM ITR 2001
- B18C (92-95)

But nothing better with both, i even can say worse than with stock P30 !

Very very very bad idle when the engine just started, and when i open throttle and let it down, the engine stop !

i can't drive the car cauz as soon as i stop the car ... engine stop to cauz idle = 0 !

Let me know if u have some ideas to save me !!

Thanks !!

I think so because the engine is full stock and timing belt have been changed by Honda 20 000km before the Integra crashed (before i buy the engine ...)

your vtec should kick in either way with the p30 ecu. Maybe the ecu is not working cause the engine should start, run and engage vtec. Is there a CEL?

I bet if you find what code your throwing then your war will run correct or at least find a way to make it run correct by doing so

For the excessive fuel usage, check the vac. line that goes to the fpr (i was getting like 50 miles to a half take once, and that was my problem). For the jolting, i would double check the timing, and maybe look at the o2 sensor. For the bad idle, try cleaning the fitv (since it occurs right when you turn it on), and if that dont help clean the iacv.

Stranges things are, before the swap, with the stock B16A2, no idle trouble, no jolts everything was clean !
The Integra i bought the engine from rides very good before the crash (rear crash by a truck)

but since i put the engine into the civic .... it sucks ...

So maybe i did something wrong, maybe i need the integra fitv or iacv maybe there is something precise to do ...

With the stock P30 Ecu (stock EG6 map), jolts are only between 0 and 3000rpm, after 3000rpm the car goes very smooth without power but without jolts or failures !!
The car can't keep good idle when i start the engine but after 10sec, the idle is pretty good !

I would deff say the fitv/iacv for the idle now. Sounds like timing for the jolting, you could try switching dizzys also but i dont know if it will help.
