You can use your existing harness from your EG. I believe the OBD2 injectors work a different way...so you MAY have to track down some OBD1 B series injectors.
Then use an OBD1 GSR ECU. Plug it into your existing wiring harness. Wire in VTEC and knock.
I dont know if they make any OBD1 to OBD2 jumpers. But they may. If you can find one, you can use your OBD2 GSR ECU. You have to find out if your GSR's ECU is OBDA or OBD2B.
Ask the guy who stole it to tell you. (lol jk jk).
You will also have to switch the alternator connector to the OBD1 plug. Get the wiring interface for this. It's only 4 wires. Solder them.
It's simple.
Edit: You also have to mod the distributor wiring. The big blue wire and the big black/yellow wire that exist on their own connector on the OBD1 versions exist on the big connector on OBD2. They dont have their own connector on the OBD2 version. So you either get some pins and put 2 pins and solder some wires...or get some quick disconnects (spade connectors) and plug them into each other that way.
It sounds confusing. But I'm sure there's tons of diagrams and such if you search.
