Default vafc2 irratic idle

having problems with my vafc2. the car idles fine when its unplugged but when its plugged in the idle surges from 1,000 to 2,000 very quickly, if you take it out and get on it a little it idles fine. i pulled off the intake and put my finger over the hole in the t/b to see if the was suction while it was doing this. when i keep my finger on the hole it seems to idle fine.

motor is a mild built gsr, never did this before the vafc install.

can somebody help so i can finally get my car tuned.

Are you serious??? Problems with a map hack?

Any time you mess with the sensors that the ecu uses to run it will start doing strange things.

The Fix... Throw the pos afc in the trash and get real stand alone engine management or get you ecu chipped and use crome, ectune or neptune. All should be under $500, which is cheap for the reliability and performance gain.
