Default Is the problem my IACV?

Ok, whenever i come to a stop or simply push in the clutch to let the car idle the rpm's fall to idle then raise to about 1300-1500 rpm's for about 10 sec. then just fall back to idle. i have checked time and time again for a vac leak and do not have one. i have, however, messed with the idle adjustment screw to raise the idle since i put in some ES motor inserts so the idle isn't so rough. i have cleaned out my IACV once before and it seemed better for about a day or two and then it goes crazy again. i have thrown a CEL, cleaned the IACV, then reset the ECU, and once again... fuct up idle . can someone please help me out? Thanks

Have you moved you throttle position sensor or changed TB's recently? if so then check the settings on the TPS.

If the idle is going up and down, Check coolant, Ignition timing, TPS and make sure your throttle body is not gumed up.

Also check your coolant temp sensor.. Sometime's the wires break off.

FITV (Fast idle thermo valve) coming loose, happens with ES motor mount inserts.
