Default Removing small dents on my integra?

I have a bunch of small dings/dents all over my db8, mainly my hood. I want to remove most of the dings/dents. How can I go about doing this. There small dings, almost looks like from hail. Most of them are not creased. I heard a method of a head gun and dry ice??? Any help will be awsome. Thanks guys

if the paint is good, go for PDR

if the paint is bad, go for a bc/cc

Paint-less Dent Removal. It's a procedure involving long metal rods and special hammers, to prevent paint damage.

I heard dry ice will work. I got 2 little dings that i gotta take out and im gonna try it. I geuss it freezes the metal and pulls all the molecules back tot he original spot. But im talking about Little DINGS. stuff you can barely see only when the sun glares on it.
