Default 92-95 Exhaust Question

Alright all of you exhaust guru's:

I have a stock 92 Si right now, and the exhaust sounds like crap. When I accelerate hard it rattles. I want to get an aftermarket exhaust with a nice mellow tone, but I know dick about exhaust....

Looking into the future, I'm either gonna swap in a b16a2 or a b18c1. If I end up with the b16 I'll probably turbo it in the near future.

Whats a good, well-price exhaust with a good sound that'll still leave me up to pursue either of my choices for a swap in the future?

Thanks in advance

if you are trying to go for the stock exhaust loo , i would go with bigger piping 2 1/4, take my resinator out and weld some pipe there, and the punch my cat and leave stock muffler you will get some power it will sounds nice and it will look stock, hope this helps

Greddy SP's are nice. Very deep and not annoying.
Apex N1 for NA car is very loud. You should buy the silencer with it.
Tanabe Racing medallion, gets that high pitch sound at top.
ST MAY SHOTGUN.....haha.remeber those?? Very deep.
Apex.. I believe it is called WS or something like that, very quiet, just like the Greddy SP's.
Everything differs with all the bolt-on's you do, so this is just my opinion.
I hope it helped.

Apexi World Sport is pretty quiet, but sounds good. Same with DC Sports. I have Tanabe RM. Loud, but sounds great. All the Tanabe exhaust systems sound good to me. Never been a fan of GReddy. I heard the SP from GReddy on a EG hatch and didn't like it as much as Tanabe. Thermal is pretty deep sounding too.

Apexi WS runs around $400, the rest from $440-$500
