Ok, Ill do my best. I have a cut out on my CRX right now and I love it! Ok Imagine your downpipe, now think of a Y the right fork of the Y is where your cut out is. The left fork is the stock exhaust all the way back to your muffler. The E Cutout just opens the right side of the Y up from inside the car instead of you doing it yourself. You will loose low end, but you definetly gain mid to top end. I notice a huge difference when its open. AND, it sounds better then any full exhaust that I have ever herd. You might not pass emissions tho. lol IM me if you want any more info.

If you tuned it with it open would running with it shut change your tuning? Or vice versa? Would it change your A/F ratio? Would it be leaner with it open?
