Default Black out EP3 headlights

I will be painting the chrome housing of my headlights next week and I am wondering 1) what is the best paint to use (I currently have some TRIM BLACK that I picked up from a local professional paint shop that doesn't require primer.), 2) Since it is winter and cold (<40F) what is the dry time going to be like on the paint? Would it be better to heat the part in the oven at around 150-200 degrees for a bit to get it to dry or what? 3)What is the best method to disassemble the housings? Ephatch has a write up that includes placing them in a 200 degree oven to weaken the sealant and then pull apart, others have told be to just use a heat gun, any proven methods to save any headaches? Thanks.

any paint would work--

eaither way works..

put in oven is quicker just make sure you DONT touch the side of the oven or your expletiveed...then buy some silicone to seal the headlights back

I'd only heat the oven to 100 degrees to cure the paint (or warm or w/e your oven says).

Okay, so 200 to get the light apart and 100 to cure the paint. How long to cure in the oven?

I don't remember what temperature to pull the lens off but I know a colder temp and longer is better than hot temp and short time. I melted tail lights doing that. I'd use the coldest temperature you find in a DIY.
